SU-310 – Administering Your Service Contract

Once a firm is awarded a contract, there is a multitude of actions which take place simultaneously with technical performance. Although all non-technical administrative requirements are spelled out in the firm’s contract, a small business unfamiliar with these requirements risks being non-compliant in areas which are often as important as the technical being performed.

This course will address the non-technical requirements which often accompany government contract requirements. Unlike the technical requirements of a contract, many of these requirements are not specifically spelled out in a contract but rather are incorporated by reference or are part of contract clauses or often-confusing provisions.  The course will also address requisite reports, notifications, and other communication requirements often unknown to contractors new to the world of federal acquisition.
